When I first met with the client, his mission was to give back to the community. He had owned this home, which is now a commercial space for almost 25 years. It has been through many iterations, including a barber shop, hot dog stand, and a real estate office, which where it stands vacant now. I was given the task to create an “Urban Paradise”, and had free reign on what could be done. It was decided the house trim, doors, windows and A/C closet would all be painted black as well.

The transformation of this space is nothing but spectacular, the vibrancy of the greens and purples really makes this an eye catching piece.
